The reason I am so vague on where it is is because you have to really, really, REALLY want to be spoiled to find it. I don't want any regrets, though I should add I am always quick to offer spoilers because you are the one losing out, not me.)

Mini-Biography
Few people are as smug, arrogant, and annoyingly unreachable as Quon Yue. Originally signed on to NG by Seguchi Touma as a way of driving Nakano Hiroshi away, this plan backfired: Hiro became concerned for him while Seguchi Touma was the one who was unnerved by him. To add to the complicated mess that Quon Yue leaves in his wake he formed an unlikely friendship with Seguchi Tokui, feeling that they were kindred spirits in their pain. Though rather cryptic when it comes to details about himself and his past, it's known that his childhood was not a pretty one and he obviously still suffers a great deal of pain as a result. Quon Yue is half-Chinese and speaks Cantonese and Manderin as well as Japanese as a result of this upbringing (his mother was from the Cantonese-speaking area of the capitol, Beijing, and his stepfather was from the Manderin-speaking port of Hong Kong), and seems to be a very intelligent person. He is also an unlikely source of stability, imparting wisdom well beyond his years whenever he feels it's neccessary. Beneath his strange exteriour and confident attitude, however, is a good heart that longs to ease the pain of others who are hurting. Another strange fact about Quon Yue: his eyes change color with his mood, turning colors ranging from white to gray to black to various shade of blue to violet. Also, his left one has a defect that he is rather self-conscious about. He also wears a great deal of jewelry, origins of which are largely unknown.
Love/Friendship
Quon Yue doesn't seem to be all that social. Not only is he rather bossy and arrogant, he just seldom reaches out to others unless he feels that they "need" it. His best friend (much to the surprise of all) is Seguchi Tokui, who is still just a sweet innocent boy despite the obvious pain he is in. Quon Yue's friendship seems based on both pity (he feels he needs to help him somehow) and genuine interest. Quon Yue is also probably the only person who can draw Tokui out of his shell and actually make him smile, which makes their relationship all the more shocking. While is unknown if Quon Yue had any romantic interests in the past, he had a one-night stand with Hiro and when asked why he said that he "reminded him of someone", suggesting there was someone he cared for deeply in the past. Alexander Sakuma-Winchester seems to have feelings for him, but Quon Yue doesn't know him very well and therefore doesn't open up to him. Quon Yue's only real crush seems to be his childhood crush on Shuichi, but while he sometimes makes off-color remarks about him he doesn't seem to be really serious about him. He just considers him a childish little fantasy for him.
Family
Perhaps the biggest mystery about Quon Yue is his family situation. The only information he'll supply is that his mother had him when she was only 16 after being abandoned by his biological father, and shortly thereafter married a man much older than herself who died when Quen Yue was 13. Right after the death of his stepfather, young Quon Yue was abandoned and forced to care for himself, and at some point his freeloading and abusive cousin Lún Si moved in with him to mooch off of him. (Interesting to note: Lún Si isn't actually his cousin. He's the nephew of his stepfather. But evidentally Quon Yue was his only psuedo-family in Japan, or at least the only one that was foolish enough to take him in.) It's entirely possible that Quon Yue's hidden painful past has to do with his family.
Strange Habits
Quon Yue has a crossdressing habit stemming form his sincere belief that he is neither male nor female and therefore doesn't have to act the part of either one. He wears male or female clothes depending on his mood (or what gender he feels like that day), and seems to have a lot of clothes. (Interesting note: he makes most of his clothes himself, mostly out of pieces or other, discarded clothes.) He also dyes at least half of his hair, as the right side is brilliant silver while the left is dark blue (when Hiro asked what his natural hair color was he dodged the question in favor of a more probing one, though he did say he dyes his hair this way to be a physical representation of the sign of Gemini), and doesn't seem to ever take off the excessive amount of jewelry he wears. But if his streetclothes are strange, his on-stage appearence is even stranger. (Note: See Chapter 10 for details.) Also, for some unexplained reason, he usually calls Hiro "Mr. Suit".
Bloodtype
(Information found at: http://www.geocities.com/~castleinthesky/blood.htm.)
Type A
Speaking broadly, it is said that people with Type A Blood are calm, composed, and very level-headed and serious. They have a firm character, and are reliable and trustworthy (and hardheaded). They think things over and make plans deliberately, and they plug away at things steadily and assiduously. They try to make themselves more like their own ideal of what they should be. A Types may look aloof or distant to others. They try to suppress their own emotions, and because they have continual practice in doing this, this makes them appear strong. But, actually, they have a fragile, nervous side, as well. They tend to be hard on people who are not of the same type, and so they consequently tend to be surrounded with people of the same temperament.

Gemini the Twins
May 21-June 20
Curious, imaginative Gemini refuses to be tied down- by people, ideas, places....or even its own personality. Twins happily coexist within Gemini, and they don't agree on anything. Both halves are charming, though, and when impatience emerges, it doesn't last long. For Gemini, the only predictable pattern is constant change.

Gemini the Twins
May 21-June 20
The Sunny Side:
Forever young, they say. You're clever, cheerful, and thoroughly interested in life. In your never-ending quest for mental stimulation, you are fascinated by the diversity of the world. When you master a skill, travel to a new place, explore and area of knowledge, or meet somone new you feel invigorated.
The Sorry Side:
You talk too much. You drain people. You can even exhaust your own interest in an idea, simply by talking it to death. When you go into over-drive, which is often, you become nervous and tense.
` The pillars of Gemini represent the mythological twins: Castor, the human son of a king, and Pollux, the immortal son of Zeus. The two uprights also represent your double-sided nature.

Additional Notes from Goo:
Geminis are also notorious for being two-faced, i.e. saying one thing yet doing another. But notice how many things they have in common with Virgo. That means that though Geminis are generally a bit thick (not to say Quon Yue is like that. He reads people like a book) they have a kind of rapport with Virgos that they don't have with other signs. They also usually get along with Virgos as friends, but very rarely do they get involved romantically, as a Gemini's wild nature might provide good entertainment for shy, withdrawn Virgo they aren't sensitive enough to meet Virgo's emotional needs. (Keep in mind that these write-ups ignore the characters' psychological hang-ups. Quon Yue might have been like this had he not been so messed up.) Also, Geminis are usually immature, rivalled only by flighty Aquarius in childishness.
