Leather is a rather stressed out young man. He works for Ishida Yukio, his mother, and is always trying to meet her demands so that he can attain his freedom (even though he is probably stronger than her). He's somewhat neurotic and loses his temper easily when he is confused or someone says something he doesn't like, and often folds paper into origami as a method of stress relief. He takes his job as a teacher seriously (it's supposed to be a disguise), and because he is very handsome a lot of the girls have crushes on him. Although he is technically the rightful heir of the Omoikami family (he's an illegitimate member of the family, but none of his half-siblings or cousins are as strong as he is), he refuses to take his place as the head of the family, causing his half-sisters to find him and have a few choice words with him.
